On Monday, some of our Primary 5, 6 and 7 children attended the Ronan Baker Memorial Hurling and Camogie blitz in Killeavy GAC. The children all displayed a fantastic level of skill in some tough conditions, leading our team to the final, which they narrowly lost to St.Michael's Killean.
Well done to all of the children involved and a massive thank you to the Baker family in particular for the invitation to participate in such a special event in memory of Ronan Baker. We would also like to extend our thanks to everyone involved with Killeavy GAC who helped run this fantastic blitz for our children.
