P5 enjoyed a cookery demonstration from Margaret from the Livestock & Meat Commission. She rustled up for us a delicious chilli beef pasta. It smelt and tasted delicious! This was part of the food4life programme and as well as preparing the fantastic food we learned a lot about food and keeping ourselves healthy with a balanced diet. A big thank you to Margaret and we hope she will pay us a visit again soon!
